Become a Friend of the Library

You can become a Friend of the Library for $10 a year or $100 for a lifetime membership. Membership dues are fully tax deductible and 100 percent of the proceeds go to supporting the library. Just click on our Donate button or fill out a Membership Form and send it, along with the membership dues, to the: Tracy Library, Friends of the Library, 20 East Eaton Avenue, Tracy, CA, 95376.

Volunteer

You can become a volunteer and join the dedicated group that organizes our book sales. To become a volunteer, call the library at 937-8221 or send us an e-mail and we will connect you with the Volunteer Coordinator.

Make a Donation

You can make a monetary donation directly to the Friends of the Library using our Donate button. Or, if you are an employee of a participating organization with a giving program (see below), you can select the Tracy Friends of the Library to receive your donation:

Donate Books

You can donate your gently used or new books to the Tracy Friends book sale by dropping them off in the bins in the entrance to the Tracy Library. Please see our Rules for Donating Books.

Use our SHARES Card today

Pick up a SHARES card from the front desk at the library and use it when you purchase groceries at Save Mart. Three percent of your qualifying purchases will come to the TFOL for distribution to the Tracy Library.

Attend a Friends Meeting

Join the Friends at their Quarterly Meeting. The Friends will discuss upcoming events and ways to support the library.

Eat at Local Restaurants

The Stockton-San Joaquin libary system has organized a series of fundraisers that will benefit the Tracy branch library. You just take a voucher to one of the restaurants listed below on the specific date and a portion of your receipt will go the the county library system, which plans to use the money raised to buy equipment for the local branches.
